Kilmanns Organizational Belief Survey
In order for individuals to be active and effective participants in their organizations, they must believe that they control the factors that affect their (and their organization's) performance. The Organizational Belief Survey (OBS) assesses your beliefs about the opportunity you have to influence outcomes in your organization. Data can be collected to create profiles at the work group, department and organizational level.
Feedback in three areas of organizational impact:
Internal control: Your belief about how you influence what happens in your organization
External control: What happens in your organization is determined by others or outside factors
Mixed control: The situation determines the level of internal or external control
